In Book Club, students read and analyze fun, challenging books, developing a life-long love of reading as well as keen critical thinking skills.
Classes include lively book discussions, interactive vocabulary lessons and engaging writing and presentation activities. Students gain increased writing and speaking fluency and greater self-confidence as they learn to articulate their opinions on literature with style and clarity.

The class focuses on how to write clearly and descriptively for academic purposes.
We look discuss the different kinds of essay writing (descriptive/expository, analytical, and argumentative), as well as grammar points and the over all writing process (brain storming, outlining, research, notation, etc.

By studying the roots of English, you can gain the confidence and the ability to figure out words` general meanings. With an increased vocabulary and knowledge of words, you can read more sophisticated books.
By doing so, you can develop their reading, writing, and expression skills more rapidly than you would be able to otherwise.
The course enables students to understand the deeper meanings of words and ideas and develop their awareness of word choice.

This course teaches the fundamentals of written and spoken Spanish.
Students actively engage in learning through conversation, literature, games and peer activities. An emphasis is placed on developing fluency by building a solid understanding of Spanish grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
The course follows a customized curriculum that includes the renowned Realidades textbook series.
